We are always on the lookout for smaller firms and sole-practitioners who might be interested in joining larger firms - or merging their practices with other smaller firms in an effort to provide their clients with the best possible service.

We also have experience moving multiple partners (including Band 1 practice groups), and with building national and regional practice groups across various areas of law. 

We work on such initiatives with top Canadian law firms, as well as with US and international firms (including global captive law firms) with a Canadian presence or looking to gain a foothold in Canada.
